straightforward, more questions about experience even though it was an internship, they kept emphasizing working under pressure and meeting deadlines, etc. Interviewer was the person needing the intern so questions seemed to surround their specific needs rather then broad based

Online application, then generally a callback email ONLY if you are accepted. Doesn't send out rejection emails for first-round applications, so if you don't hear back by a suspiciously long time, just assume you didn't make it lol

First Application online then it takes about a month or so to hear back. Recruiter will call you and do a phone screening and set you up for your next interview within 2 weeks. Last stage is interview with the team you’ll join or with the hiring manager. About the next day or 3 you’ll hear back with a job offer.
