They attended my college's senior show, I had an interview at the school the next day with the PM, who was fabulous. I followed up with them later the following week and then scheduled an on-site interview. The Onsite was with the CEO and the PM. The CEO clearly didn't have experience working at other game companies, as a former lawyer and toy industry exec. He expects employees to work from 7-8 am till 7-8pm at least, otherwise he doesn't consider them to be serious about the future of the company, even though the hours of the office are officially 9am-6pm. The worst part was that he seemed to think this was the normal and right way to go about running his company. The interview was about an hour and a half, but after 30 minutes, I was ready to leave, just staying to see it out, to see if perhaps the CEO was just clueless about what his employees did. Sadly it was not the case, his discussions about how they scheduled work was also appalling.
