if i ask your previous supervisors about your best qualities and qualities you can improve, which will they be?
Interview process was straightforward. The interview took place over Zoom, and the research PI was very conversational and spent most of our time laying out the details of the project and project team that I would be joining. He asked about my relevant expertise and the ways I felt I could contribute to moving the work forward.
I was offered the position. On the downside, the hiring process took so long that I ended up turning down the position I was offered.
