Interviewer had their camera off. All of it was essentially trivia questions about Java. Not open ended discussion and they clearly were looking for specific answers. Felt very robotic. They didnt take an interest in me or my experience.

It was fast paced at first, but the hr replied to email slowly and kept me on waiting. interview questions were fairly easy and just normal behavioral questions. super chill but they want you to show initiatives too

I was skeptical about the 2.5 overall grade in Glassdoor. Like how many people do you have to brutally fire to get that? Anyway - I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and was faced with an interview process that was both unchallenging but chaotic. First time in my career people were giving rude answers to standard interview questions ( i.g. that is a loaded question - actual answer to one of my questions ).

Standard java threading questions and to fix a coding problem where they didn't expect it to compile or work - you just had to write code that looked like it would work.
