They scheduled a first round interview with me and then cancelled last second because they were looking for something else. Make sure you know what you're looking for before you schedule with people. Very unprofessional and disrespectful use of my time

Interview
Interview was really conversational. Started with a hiring manager interview that was close to what you expect but not as intense, Then a technical interview that was systems based(architect a product that does x). Then 2 culture fit interviews from an engineer on the team and the VP of engineering.

Explain a situation you have run into in the past where requirements for a product or feature changed as you were working on it. Break it down for us and how you handled it.

Interview
Started with a quick sync with HR, followed by meeting with the manager to align understanding of role and requirements. Followed by take home assessment which was of a decent size, nothing extreme but definitely enough to show design and architecture decisions made.
A couple more interviews with leadership and other engineers to ensure good fit.
