I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Drumroll (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Annoying recruiting process. Filled out application online, which includes answers to goofy/quirky question like "what song would you sing in front of the agency?"
Next step was an automated email indicating they were interested. Rather than setting up a time to speak, the email contained a link to...another form to fill out with more quirky questions ("what is the craziest thing you've ever done?") and questions that are illegal in my state ("what was your salary in your previous role?")
If they can't be bothered to connect live with a candidate they are interested in after that candidates has already jumped through the hoops of submitting an application, it's pretty clearly not somewhere I want to work.

Question 1
What is your favorite movie quote?
What song would you sing in front of the whole company?
What's the craziest thing you've ever done?
How much money do you make?
The interview process was well-organized and the team at Drumroll was upbeat and fun. There were a few different interviews with different team players, each dove into a bit more information on background, interests, and role within the company.
I submitted my application online. They sent over a long form to complete with essay style questions and requesting your salary history, which I was uncomfortable providing. I provided the answers along with my expectation and did not hear back.

Question 1
The form is mostly cultural questions, like what song would you karaoke, etc?
