Interview
3 step process. Phone screening is done by an hourly employee. Both formal interviews were fairly easy. 1st interview is with an AGM, the second is with the Manager. Expect average questions, most were focused on how you deal with customer service issues. There is a skills typing test in the first interview.

Online application through the company website. A few days later received a call for a phone interview. A few days after that received a call for an in person interview. A few days later a call for the job offer and scheduled on boarding and training dates.
