I have always heard great things about Drybar, and Ali Webb is such an inspiration to me. I love that she is an entrepreneur. Through hard work and determination, she started her own business and I really admire that about her. I saw that there was a Corporate Recruiter position opening and I applied. A week later I received an email from Brigitte, Director of Recruiting and we scheduled a phone interview. Our phone interview was such a positive experience. Brigitte was very personable and easy to talk to when it came to discussing my work experience. After my phone interview she scheduled an interview for me to meet with Renee, VP of HR. My in person interview made me feel right at home. I felt comfortable with them and we engaged in small talk. Throughout our discussion, I was asked about my skill set and my technical background – overall I have had such a positive experience! A couple of days later I received a call; I got the job offer & I happily accepted!
