First I got a screening call and agreed on the time and send a call request with instructions for wearing formal in MS Teams call and came 10 minutes earlier to avoid any technical issues (sound professional) so I took the full day off to prepare and ready.
I got a call one day before the call and asked me to shift the call 2 hours and I didn’t mind since I will be already off.
The following day I got another call before the interview with one hour and they asked me to move it next week as interviewer got an important meeting ( which definitely important than a candidate interview) which seems they are normalizing that habit for any candidates.. not a pleasant experience and the management and talent team need to understand how to respect candidates time as much as they send instructions and how to prepare for the interview .. should be the same
