Dubai Technologies interview questions

I recently interviewed for a Junior Computer Vision Engineer role at this company, and my experience was disappointing. Despite my background and preparation specifically for computer vision tasks, the interview focused on irrelevant questions that did not accurately assess my technical abilities as an engineer. Instead, the interviewer asked about project management tools and basic machine learning concepts, without any questions about computer vision algorithms. I was asked about my flexibility with going for site deployments and testing. I made the mistake of inquiring about initial potential support, which the interviewer clearly did not like, this was discouraging. The interview concluded with a statement that they were seeking someone with more experience, leaving me to question why I was invited to interview in the first place. Adding to my frustration, I had previously completed unpaid internship with this company, making the condescending remark about the job's difficulty particularly disheartening. Overall, the entire experience was demeaning.

Very professional. HR in 1st round and later other managers. All are very calm and not aggressive. They are open about providing feedback and not judging if you do not have the right skills.
