The process is pretty nice. You don't need to worry about typical whiteboard or LeetCode type of "code challenges". Instead, you get:
- A first screening call with opportunities to ask questions about the process and the company.
- A first short paid project not involving code and asking you to scope a project related to a business use case and include a technical design.
- Another call where you get some feedback.
- A second paid project requiring you to implement the first project.
- Some follow-up calls with various stakeholders and members of the team that you will join.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aside from the projects, you get pretty typical high-level interview questions e.g.,
Tell me about a recent project you have worked on?, Why did you make the decisions you did? etc.
