I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Duffy Realty (Alpharetta, GA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Applied for job through Craigslist. Received email inviting me to interview. Had variety of different times to choose from. Will be group interview with around six other people. (most all were women) You will sit at a large round table across from the owner herself. She will be interviewing all of you at once. She then went around the table asking simple questions about your work history and a few questions about yourself. There was not much face to face interaction.
After she spoke with us, she gave us all a DISC test (personality test) and a few questions to complete. The questions were mostly just common sense to make sure you're not a blooming idiot and to also see if you're the "type" she wants. A few were; What's your favorite TV show, What color was the front door of the building when you walked in, what is 20% of $569, and explain the process to make spaghetti... These are only the select few I can remember. The whole interview took around an hour and a half.

Question 1
The test itself was unexpected, but no question was too difficult to answer. Only difficult thing was interviewing with five other women.
The group interview is my favorite part of the week. I and so many others enjoy the process of empowering each other. You can go to my website and see the testimonials on the careers page for yourself. I am not sure why Glassdoor talks about Negotiation at this point of the process?
