Pretty simple. It was one person, though there could have been more. Moderate questions were asking about "tell me a time when." The first question was tell me about yourself so I was able to lead the conversation and there weren't too many asked afterward.

Formal but friendly interview with technical lead, just questions no white boarding. Informal interview/discussion with two potential team members same level but different roles. All in one day.
