Group interview, first introduced ourselves to everyone including manager, then asked to pick any product in the store and "pitch" it to the others. Then everyone is asked what days they do. Not having any confidence won't do you well.
The interview at Dunelm felt very friendly and relaxed. It was more like a conversation than a formal interview.
