I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Indian Land, SC) in Apr 2016
Interview
The manager never showed up for my interview. I never meet her until the day I was called into work by the person who hired me for her which was a shift leader.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
