I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Ocala, FL) in Sept 2018
Interview
Very quick interview right in the middle of talking and eating customers. I put my desired working hours on the application about half a week earlier. The first thing he asked me was the hours I am willing to work. As soon as I told him I couldn't budge on the hours he told me it can't happen. It would've gone better if he would have just picked up the phone and called me to say that there isn't a need to prepare for an interview.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
