I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (New York, NY)
Interview
It was very informal. They asked me about previous work experience and what I did outside of work (school). They wanted to feel out what kind of person I was and see if I would be a positive addition to the team. They also wanted to make sure I was available during hours needed, which was big.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
