I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (East Aurora, NY) in Jul 2018
Interview
They basically asked some simple questions and later they called me back about a week later on a Tuesday. They gave me a call later that week though. You had to get you're foot in the door
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
