I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Maplewood, MN) in Jun 2020
Interview
Went into the store and waited about an hour before someone came to interview me. Employees were friendly, offered me food and drink as I waited. Interviewer was very friendly and seemed more nervous than I did. Questions were standard, and the interview didn't take longer than 15 minutes.

Question 1
What do you know about this company? What experience do you have? Describe a previous conflict and what you did to fix it.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
