Interview
The interviewer had not read my CV properly as the role I was being interviewed for was HR Administrator at the 2nd interview when the 1st person had told me that it was for HR Advisor.
There were no vacancies in the HR department, and no interviews conducted in January as we were fully staffed. We don't use recruitment agencies for any of our vacancies as we deal with our own recruitment to ensure that roles are filled quickly. The process starts with a telephone interview and is followed by a face to face interview.
