Durham Academy interview questions

After an initial phone call with the head of the department, I had a zoom with potential co-teachers, a phone call with the head of the MS, and then was invited in for an all-day tour of the school. This day included meeting 15 staff, teaching a lesson to one class, and getting a general vibe for the school.
