Phone call which detailed what they do, then invited me to come in for an interview. Met with a few of the "bosses" and they showed the things they were working on.

Tell us about yourself and talk about the experience you listed on your resume. There were no actual technical questions about my skills (which makes sense considering the fact that this position was unpaid)

Interview
The overall interview process in my own opinion was very friendly and informative. Great learning opportunity for students starting off their first few interviews. Wasn't to strict or nerve wracking.
