Interview
Interview process is chill, ask pretty normal questions for a part time job. Super lax on dressing and even ask silly questions. More of a personality catered interview. Typically you turn in your resume then get interviewed by the manager and then the regional manager. I reccomend following up with the stand to push your application forward more.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
