Interview
The interview was pretty easy, both managers were at the location there (Tuesday) and they both interviewed me. They just asked me availability questions, gave me hypothetical situations, and they asked me how I would contribute to their team

They asked me if I made a drink incorrectly how would I respond (made a non-zero ssugar drink)
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
