Applied Monday, got a call to interview the following week on a Tuesday. You have to submit a whole lot of paperwork before your interview, so be ready for that. You can fill it all out on the computer and forward the PDF's, no printing necessary. The interview was fine, it was a panel of 3 senior members of the department. It was personality-based, and I didn't answer many questions about my specific qualifications.
The hiring manager contacted my references via email, and I got offered the position about 10 business days after the interview. An absolutely brutal 4-day orientation is required for all employees to attend before they are allowed to start their role, and the orientation is only offered every 2 weeks. Lots of red tape to cut through.
