Interview
The interview process includes three stages, one with HR, one with the clinical research team, followed by a final round with the CEO, and includes a project designed to assess logical thinking skills. Overall friendly.
2 step interview. First is an introductory one and then a case study. Case study is medium to hard and is presented to members of different backgrounds. The communication on the company's side had some delays.
The atmosphere was professional but also friendly. The overall process was time efficient which really worked with my tight schedule to take a few time off my current employment, Interview questions were straightforward and to the point.
