I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at E.ON (Nottingham, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
The assessment day overall was a well-organised thing. There were a number of different tasks to do throughout the day, these included a case study, a role play and an interview.
The day was not nearly as grueling as some other assessment days ans was generally a pretty enjoyable experience - it did not feel like a grilling.
The interview was partly competency-based with a mixture of more personal type interview questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You did this type of role at a more exciting, innovative company than ours, why would you want to work here?
I applied online. I interviewed at E.ON in May 2017
Interview
I applied online with the CV and Cover letter. Then online tests succeeded and from my experience on doing these kind of tests I can say that they were the most difficult ones I ever took. I got to the next phase which was a Phone Interview that lasted about 1,5hours. The next phase would be the assessment center which I wasnt invited to.
