I met recruiters on my school campus. They had a lot of information about the available jobs. I submitted my resume and was called into the office for the interview. I sat with the HR Manager and Division Manager and discussed the job details, job duties, work hours, benefits, and my resume. After the interview, I was asked to meet with the Vice President, who was very friendly and let me know his expectations of my learning curve and gave a higher level of detail about the company.
