I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EAB (Washington, DC) in Sept 2019
Interview
I applied for this position in September and was rejected in November.
The first interview is an HR screen which is very straight forward and is review of your resume. Next is the online IQ test, again very straight forward and is a logic test.
It took three weeks before I was able to advance to the next stage of the interview. Next up was a case study interview with a member of the research team. YOU WILL BE SENT A CASE STUDY FOR PREPARATION THAT WILL BE COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO THIS INTERVIEW. It threw me off when I spent hours reviewing the material only to have it never come up in the interview, which my friend who works here told me it was a new tactic the recruiting team is using to test how quick you can think on your feet. The case study itself isn't extremely difficult, prepare using the previous posts on Glassdoor and google industry terms before and you'll be fine.
After this, you're required to submit a writing sample. You'll be emailed the prompt at a designated time and be given an hour to complete it. The same goes for the telephone case study, review previous Glassdoor posts and google industry terms and you'll be fine.
After another three weeks, I was invited to interview in-person. The first thing they'll have you do is retake the IQ test in a room to make sure you didn't have someone else do it for you the first time around. Next, you'll be interviewed by two different people, one from the research team and the other from marketing. Both will conduct a case study interview with you and then will ask you the same HR questions you were asked in previous interviews.
Took another three weeks to get the rejection via generic email.
Having a hiring process that lasts 2+ months is completely unnecessary given the position. The lack of communication between HR and the research team is obvious and is frustrating as a candidate.
Reasonable process, I felt as though as steps were appropriate and effectively measured my qualifications. Some interviews were back to back which was a bit exhausting, but overall a good experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a project that did not go as planned. How did you respond to any failures and what did you take away for future projects?
Interviewer did not call at our scheduled time. No email or follow up on why. It seems that they had filled the position but failed to cancel our interview slot.

Question 1
No questions were asked because the interview did not happen.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EAB
Interview
The initial interview was easy, however I was told I would be contacted in a week on my application. Instead of reaching out to say that I was denied I have been completely ghosted by the company. I interviewed about three weeks ago I understand that they may have decided to not move forward with my application but to simply leave me hanging is just unprofessional.
