Interview
You apply for the job, a recruiter reached out to you. If you pass that interview you take an aptitude test. After this you have one more interview where they discuss the role in more detail and salary.
Had 3 virtual interviews. They're usually back to back with directors or lead managers. They're usually friendly and they try to gauge if you would be a good person to work with (good character, takes initiative, etc.).

How do you manage your time when trying to handle multiple projects and deadlines?
spoke to the recruiter on the phone then got scheduled for an interview. i waited about a month for feedback. Process was transparent but hope they had followed the initial timeline set.

they had an initial quick phone call screening about previous experience followed by a more formal zoom meeting with the managers. they then reached out with an offer on the phone. the whole process took about 3 weeks
