So far I have completed the initial competency and personality assessment and then a few days later received an email asking me to set up an initial phone screening interview. This was standard and just required talking about my education and work experience and how to transfer these skills/experiences into the role. Following this I received an email to set up a series of zoom calls to interview with some higher ups and was told this process will take a little over an hour. Have not done the final round yet but will update this after I do.

EAB drags on interview processes for weeks (and often months). They do not provide much transparency on timelines/steps and their interviews aren't crafted to really get to know your qualifications. I've interviewed more than once and it was always a gigantic waste of time.
