Thanks for your input - typically you would not have had a second attempt but switching which applicant tracking system we were using did not catch the duplicate. We apologize for that.
More importantly, since we only have less than 40 full time employees, CULTURE and EAI FAMILY are our biggest traits/strengths. So we have multiple interactions with prospects not only for us to get a better understanding of the future family member, but they in turn get to see the reality of life at EAI. This way we minimize any misconceptions of folks coming in seeing EAI with rose colored glasses as we are very candid about the things we can get better at. In addition, we get approximately 600 applications per month for the few openings so it's also quite competitive and culture has to be right.
