Thank for your input. Just to provide some background, we are currently receiving over 600 applications every month and only hire a very small fraction of those who apply. We are a small company and have some combination of automated and manual tools we use to review, assess and track this high volume of candidates. We are looking for folks that fit the EAI culture and personality as well quick problem solvers so that's why we use Predictive Index (similar to Briggs/Myers) as well as a cognitive test. Sorry that id did not work out to get to the next level, but good luck with your career search :).
