I Had a 30 min interview with the head of residence office in cotonou Benin. It was very straighforward. They begin by explaining what their looking for in a candidate and ask to tell about yourself and why yu wanna wor at EBRD.

No HR phone screening. First stage was a video recording interview with 5-6 questions related to a company and industry, no direct questions about the role. Next were interviews with a hiring manager and panel.

Applied online, received invitation after about three weeks for the first round of interview (apparently the first round should be with HR but they did not schedule for me). The first round was with team lead and another technical lead. Went to the second round, four people (with the director and three other people) did a panel interview with me. No behavorial question, focused a lot on the technical ones.

Applied on the website with resume and cover letter. The recruiter contacted after approx. two weeks inviting for a first stage of the interviews. It was an online pre-recorded interview. Very standard questions with 2 minutes timer. I believe the full process consists of three or four stages. However, they did not send the feedback after the completion
