ECC Horizon interview questions

Sent resume/cover letter via email. Called to follow up and participated in a semi-formal phone interview with the hiring manager. Scheduled an in person interview. A panel type interview. Reviewed resume & transcript thoroughly. Intense questioning but non-difficult questions. Finished with a writing exercise as "describe the room your are in". Last approximately 4 hours from start to finish. Overall was pretty friendly staff.
