Best interview I have ever had, in the first round they asked me some behavioral questions which mainly based on my resume. The second round they asked me some technological questions related with general chemistry. Overall the experience was really enjoyable.

Thorough questioning of basic science as it related to spectroscopy and quality assurance, not trying to trip you up, but to see how you would respond to analysis problems. Overall kind of a fun discussion.
