ECM Libra interview questions

Interview was done by a lady. Nice and friendly. Was able to converse quite well with the lady. She was a little concern of candidates hearing the job is a back end job, making them sound not so interested to the job. She was also concerned regarding training resources being wasted as staffs easily move on from the company after receiving their trainings.
