After applying online, I got an email with the assessment test I would have to go through. The tests were about logical thinking, verbal reasoning and a video interview. The tests are done through a third party platform.

The questions you have to answer are the kind you would find in a behavioural test.
The interview process had several stages: it started with an online screening, followed by a technical test, which was more general and relatively easy, and then an interview with HR before moving on to the next steps.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EDP (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
All the interviews I had were very repetitive, which made them seem redundant. Besides that, they were also very disorganised with timings and giving responses to detail the next steps.
