I had a great experience interviewing at EFI USA. The process was fast and organized, from the initial contact to the final offer. The interviewer was genuinely kind, professional, and made me feel at ease right away. I never felt like I was being interrogated; it was more of a conversation. Overall, a very positive experience.

Unstructured interview. Had me waiting for 1 hour because they had an urgent situation. Almost left. Stayed because I travelled to Belgium where the interview took place. Did some technical test which was very basic.
