The interview process was unusually long and disorganized. It took nearly two months from submitting my application to being invited to a first interview on Teams. The interview itself was quite odd. I spoke with someone from HR who had very limited knowledge of sales and asked outdated, irrelevant questions that didn’t reflect the role.
What stood out even more was the Teams call with someone based at the Hexham head office. The background looked visibly run-down—almost as if part of the building was collapsing—which didn’t create a professional impression.
Overall, the experience felt outdated and not well-coordinated, and it left me questioning the company’s internal standards.
