Firstly there's a phone interview lasting 15 minutes, then they call you in for a face to face meeting lasting 30-40 minutes.
After accepting the offer and receiving a counter offer from my current employer, I tried to have a professional conversation about my salary to see if there was a way to compromise. After that email they completly ended the process and rudely stated that what I signed up for is what I get basically. There was no turning back from there. After 20-30 minutes they said they offered the position to someone else and wished me luck in my future. No wonder the bad reviews on here. Turnover is quite high I hear at this company. Maybe if there was more professionalism and consideration then you would be able to keep good hard working employees and pay them what they are deserving.
