ELB Global interview questions

Save yourself trouble and don’t ever work or deal with this company. I’ve never had such a horrible experience or been treated in such a manner even by the worst of customers. I went in to interview for the position of BDM, after being invited on a short notice. First 20 minutes I was given an introduction on the company by a senior associate which was good and a positive exchange. After which the owner stepped in and said that she hadn’t even looked at my CV and while skimming through asked me straight 4 questions within a minute with the first being my current salary, annual sales budget and how many customers I engaged with. Then right away saying that I wasn’t fit for the role. Extremely unprofessional and unorganised. No idea how to conduct an interview. Adding to the fact that the interview got randomly interrupted by their staff a few times. Zero sense of professionalism, respect or courtesy. The reviews on Seek about top management say it all. I can only imagine how they treat their employees and customers!

the first interview is via zoom with the Recruiting person. The second interview was at the offices at St Leonards. It was a bit bizarre to say the least. You have to ring a door bell and get let in. You are lead into dark deserted reception and into a huge boardroom for 2 people. You are then told to move to another spot because you are sitting in Marie's chair. Interestingly enough from the 2 meetings I attended she did not sit in that chair.
