Applied online through Zip recruiter. Got an email to set up for an interview. There were 3 rounds, however I just quit after 2nd round. Basically, they asked some simple questiosn to know more about you. Then the rest of the time, they gonna sell you the job, which is selling comcast door to door.

Interview
Interviewing process was smooth. I was fortunate to shadow the interviewer and present to clients in Houston area. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. There also seems to be room for growth in the company which is what I'm looking forward to. If you are selected for a 2nd interview, it's longer than a typical interview since it's shadowing so be ready for that. Also be aware that there are 2 ELM Global companies..I'm guessing they're different.. 1 is in NY the other is in TX

Interview
Pretty quick and simple for the first round - Just to get to know you and your interests and to see if it fits what they are looking for. Then the second round is an all day shadowing of the position applied for. Very interesting and hands on which makes you look at yourself in the position.
