the 1st int. was w school headmistress,full details about myself,my education,my objectives. 2nd int. was w school superintendent concerning salary and financial issues. there was a written exam in the beginning of process to evaluate my language skills. at the end there was a demonstration in front of head of department. then i was accepted.
