HR manager, Group leader, Group leaders panel. they make you feel comfortable, and they are quite friendly. The process takes about 2 weeks and they give you feedback in a promptly way.
It was reaally good. The interviewer was calm and encouraged me to speak. So i was not that nervous. He asked about the basic etiology of diseases of nervous system like alzheimers, parkinsons, and so on.

Asked the basic tools and instruments we use in the lab.
Fueron dos entrevistas. La primera un primer contacto con dos empleados del grupo. La segunda con el IP y varios empleados del grupo. La segunda duró unas 3 horas. Demasiado larga desde mi punto de vista.
