Was approached through Hackajob, and set up a quick call with a recruiter within the company, who set me up an interview with team leads from 2 projects. Interviewers were very polite and well knowledged in the projects they were involved in. The first part of the interview was discussing what I'd learned about EMIS, then we moved on to the technical part of the interview, just answering questions about various code practices, such as design practices, OOP fundamentals, SQL fundamentals.
