EMS Components Assembly interview questions

Initial interview was conducted by one of the staff of human resources, questions in this interview were mostly about basic personal information. A written exam was also given at this time. Second interview was with the department head who handles Environmental Compliance and Health and Safety. The interview focus was on my job experience and finding out my possible contribution to the company. The last interview was with the human resources manager. This part was about salary negotiation.
