Was told in the interview that the role required folding/unpacking clothes for 45-50 hours a week. For minimum wage. Was also told that END only hires graduates for this type of role.
Sounds unfair and exploitative.

There's were two interviews, telephone was easy. In person interview seemed a bit rushed, reading questions of a sheet. I think the interviewer wasn't experienced. Took two weeks to get a response
