Interview
This was a strange interview. First had a phone screen and then a Skype interview. The Skype interview contained very few questions and the interviewer spent most of the time talking and telling me the negatives of the position. She also mentioned that while the job was listed as an HR position, it actually had very little to do with HR and was more data entry. I was told that she was unsure of next steps but that they would contact me shortly to let me know. It has been weeks and I have not been contacted to let me know either way. Overall, it seems as if the company is not very organized.

Interview
Went through two phone screens: first one was about the position itself and my work history, second phone screen was more about me personally. Next step was in person interview where I came on-site and spent about 2 hours meeting with several leaders in the office.
