Pretty clear and to the point. Relevant questions and nice to chat with. They want to know the basics about your work and you are ready. Felt pretty fair and understandable.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ENSO (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was introduced to Enso by a local third-party recruiter. A two-hour HackerRank prescreening test for Python 2.7 was sent. A 30 minute phone interview was then arranged. The phone call was on what seemed like a poor VoIP connection and was at times difficult to understand. The interviewer asked numerous Python questions. I was also asked to describe a recent project that I had worked on. The interviewer apparently wanted me to go into significant detail about this project although he didn't say so on the phone call. I only went into limited detail, and I was rejected due to this simple misunderstanding.
